Pre-appointment details
As a Fully Mobile Auto Detailing business, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality service. Therefore, we ask that all personal items be removed from the vehicle for a quick start of your appointment. Ezclean is not responsible for any lost or broken items that may be left in the vehicle.
Cancellation policies
At EzClean Mobile Auto Detailing, we understand that emergencies happen. However, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services. Failure to cancel within the given time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment policies
Ensuring a hassle-free experience for our clients is our priority. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Additionally, a small deposit may be required to secure your appointment. In the event of a no-show, cancellation, or late arrival, applicable fees will be charged as outlined in our policies.
